WHAT TO EXPECT:

• After sending short email outlining your needs, a representation will reach out
• Your Staples representative will reach out offering guidance on the best option for promotional products - international shipping or in-country-production (where available).
• Your representative will remain your point of contact throughout the international shopping/ordering experience
• United Way Worldwide has oversight into international services through the Staples network, and is available for a consult as needed.

Minimum order quantities will apply to custom orders. Please contact the account manager directly to discuss your needs. The minimum order quantity and productions lead time will vary by product. For smaller quantity orders and personal purchases, you may shop at the online United Way Store. However, please note that items found here will ship from the United States and will incur an export documentation preparation fee in addition to any applicable duties and taxes specific to the destination country. Shipping costs will also be charged.
